At Fitness Edge we understand how intimidating it can be to join a class and be ‘the new kid’ on the block. Let’s face it, if being in shape was easy, everybody would be walking around with a small waist and six pack abs. Most people wont lift a finger or go an inch beyond their comfort zone unless they are “inspired” by an outside force, such as their personal trainer, to get 1 more rep or push themselves just a little harder.
