Here's what you can expect with our group fitness classes:
Cardiovascular Conditioning-Our classes are beginner friendly, but scalable so that even the most fit athlete out there will be challenged!
Resistance Training- Whether you are in our indoor or outdoor classes, our resistance training methods will boost your metabolism, and melt the fat right off of your body! In addition to traditional gym equipment, you will also learn how to utilize stairs, park benches, picnic tables and hills in ways you never thought imaginable!
Core Conditioning- Tighten up those abs and back with medicine balls, resistance bands and good old fashioned calisthenics. These fun, yet challenging drills deliver the results you’re looking for!
Unlimited Classes – Choose from any of our term memberships and enjoy UNLIMITED access to any of our group fitness classes.
Indoor and Outdoor Locations – In the summer time from mid May to mid September we run classes outdoors at Rocky River Park, as well as our indoor location in Lakewood. Check out the class schedule for a location and time that best suits your needs!
